Davie County native, attorney Tamara A. Fleming (Tammy) brings 30 years of legal experience to the table practicing in commercial and residential real estate, and drafting leases and contracts. Tammy is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, the Real Estate Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity.

Through years of building relationships with clients, Tammy has established a respected reputation in Davie County and beyond. Her knowledge and experience in the area of real estate law has led her to become the go-to resource for real estate agents, first-time buyers and seasoned investors alike. She addresses potential roadblocks with clients so that everyone is on the same page and ensures the process goes as smoothly as possible.

Tammy earned her Associates of Arts degree from Peace College in 1981, a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1983 and her Juris Doctor degree from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in 1986. Prior to forming Fleming & Williams Law with Brian Williams, she was a partner at Martin & Van Hoy, LLP, for 24 years.
