Davie County native, attorney Brian F. Williams, practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, elder law, personal injury and small business formation/advice. Brian is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the North Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Elder Counsel, LLC.
Understanding the complexities that these areas can bring, he listens carefully to each client’s goals, assesses each client’s needs and guides them through the entire process. Be it drafting an estate plan or helping a family navigate the placement of a loved one in a nursing home, then working to qualify for public assistance through programs such as Medicaid, the guidance Brian delivers is in a manner that the client can clearly understand. Brian is committed to helping each client achieve personal, family and tax objective goals from the simplest of matters to the most complex. Brian is also compassionate as he assists those who are dealing with the death of a loved one. He recognizes that this is a difficult time for his clients, and he is dedicated to providing quality legal insight and advice to his clients as they work through the administration of their loved one’s estate.
Brian graduated from Davie County High School in 1990, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1994 and his Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University Law School in 1999. Prior to forming Fleming & Williams Law with Tammy Fleming, he was a partner at Martin & Van Hoy, LLP, for over 20 years.
