About
Fleming and Williams Law was established in 2020 by Tamara A. Fleming and Brian F. Williams, both Davie County natives. With over 50 years of combined legal experience, Tammy and Brian have brought their knowledge in the areas of commercial real estate, residential real estate, drafting leases and contracts, Social Security disability, estate planning, estate administration, elder law, personal injury, and small business advice and formation together to meet the legal needs of the citizens of Davie County and beyond.
The beautiful building that Fleming & Williams calls home was constructed in 1839, three years after the inception of Davie County. The building’s original purpose was to serve as County’s jail. In the early 1900s, it was converted into a personal residence. In 1973 the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places. As stated in the nomination for the building to be placed on the National Register “the sturdy, well maintained building with its handsome Flemish bond brickwork is an important Mocksville landmark.” In 2001 the structure was converted to office use. This place so rich with Davie County history is home to Fleming & Williams Law.
With a dedication to meeting their clients’ legal needs, integrity and a commitment to the local area, Fleming and Williams Law is a place where clients are heard and valued.
